Section 460 IAC 13-9-1 - Appeal process

Sec. 1.

(a) If the IST is dissatisfied with a PAR, or wishes to appeal without a PAR, the IST may appeal one (1) or more of the OBA components after the NOA has been generated.

(b) A description of the appeal process shall be placed on the back page of the NOA.
