Section 460 IAC 13-3-6 - "Budget review questionnaire" or "BRQ" defined

Sec. 6.

"Budget review questionnaire" or "BRQ" means a set of qualifying questions to determine why a budget review is necessary that is submitted by the individual's case manager based on information provided by the IST.
