Section 460 IAC 10-1-5 - "Family" defined

Sec. 5.

"Family" means an individual or two (2) or more persons related by blood or marriage or a group of not more than ten (10) persons (excluding servants) who need not be related by blood or marriage living together in a dwelling unit.
