Section 455 IAC 1-1-3 - Exemption

Sec. 3.

The prescreening program under IC 12-10-12 applies to all persons applying for admission to a health facility, except that all persons admitted to a health facility prior to implementation of this section on April 30, 1983, are exempted from the prescreening requirement as set out in IC 12-10-12.
