Section 45 IAC 2.2-8-14 - Blanket exemption certificates

Sec. 14.

(a) The Department may allow taxpayers to issue blanket exemption certificates to cover exempt purchases.
(b) The Department may impose conditions or set forth restrictions on the use of the blanket exemption certificates.
