Section 45 IAC 12-5-6 - Monthly payment of tax due; identification of tax attributable to taxable marine facilities

Sec. 6.

The tax attributable to sales of gasoline to taxable marine facilities is identified on the report required by IC 6-6-1.1 in the form and manner prescribed by the administrator.
