Section 45 IAC 12-4-10 - Temporary license; extension

Sec. 10.

(a) If the administrator finds that a person holding a temporary license has not fully complied with the provisions of IC 6-6-1.1, the period of the person's temporary license may be extended.

(b) The administrator may revoke this extension if it is found that the person has, subsequent to the extension, not fully complied with the provisions of IC 6-6-1.1.

(c) Notice of the extension or revocation shall be sent by registered or certified mail to the person's last known address.
