Section 440 IAC 4.1-3-6 - Designation of a new community mental health center

Sec. 6.

(a) A new community mental health center (CMHC) is not automatically entitled to be assigned an exclusive geographic primary service area.

(b) No CMHC applicant may be certified as a CMHC if it cannot be assigned an exclusive geographic primary service area.
