Section 440 IAC 1.5-1-7 - "Mental health services" defined

Sec. 7.

"Mental health services" means psychological services, counseling services, case management services, residential services, and other social services for the treatment and care of individuals with psychiatric disorders or chronic addictive disorders, or both.
