Section 440 IAC 10-4-1 - Specific approval of an opioid treatment program

Sec. 1.

(a) In order to obtain and maintain specific approval to operate as an OTP, an OTP shall comply with the requirements of this rule.
(b) The division may not grant specific approval to be a new OTP unless permitted by Indiana law.
