Section 440 IAC 10-1-53 - "Stable home environment" defined

Sec. 53.

"Stable home environment" means a criterion based on a judgment made by OTP clinical staff on the basis of knowledge of a patient's lifestyle at admission and the patient's movement toward increased stability in living arrangements and health-promoting social relationships.
