Section 440 IAC 10-1-5 - "Addiction treatment facility" defined

Sec. 5.

"Addiction treatment facility" means a facility:

(1) certified by the division as an adjunct to an opioid treatment facility; and

(2) where an OTP shall:

(A) not administer opioid treatment medication; and

(B) provide:

(i) nonmedical services; and

(ii) recovery services.
