Section 440 IAC 10-1-36 - "Orientation" defined

Sec. 36.

"Orientation" means a structured session provided to a patient enrolling in an OTP including the following:

(1) Information on the following:

(A) Services provided by the OTP.

(B) Patient rights and responsibilities.

(2) The provision of written materials on relevant topics.
