Section 440 IAC 10-1-33 - "Opioid treatment medication" defined

Sec. 33.

"Opioid treatment medication" means any opioid treatment medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration under Section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 355) for use in the treatment of opioid addiction.
