Section 42 IAC 1-3-12 - "Honorarium" defined

Sec. 12.

"Honorarium" means a payment of money for:

(1) an appearance;

(2) a speech; or

(3) an article;

but does not include payment or reimbursement of travel expenses for a state employee.
