Section 410 IAC 7-24-40 - "Game animal" defined

Sec. 40.

"Game animal" means an animal, the products of which are food, that is not:

(1) regulated under IC 15-2.1-24[IC 15-2.1 was repealed by P.L. 2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-175.];

(2) fish as defined in section 33 of this rule; and

(3) possessed or raised in violation of state or federal law.
