Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-10 - "Certification" defined

Sec. 10.

"Certification" means that the federal Department of Health and Human Services has determined a facility to be in compliance with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements and standards for the purposes of participation as a provider of care and service for Title XVIII or Title XIX, or both, of the federal Social Security Act.
