Section 410 IAC 7-24-97 - "Temperature measuring device" defined

Sec. 97.

"Temperature measuring device" means:

(1) a thermometer;

(2) a thermocouple;

(3) a thermistor; or

(4) other device;

that indicates the temperature of food, air, or water.
