Section 410 IAC 7-24-56 - "Molluscan shellfish" defined

Affected: IC 16-42-5

Sec. 56.

"Molluscan shellfish" means any edible species of fresh or frozen:

(1) oysters;

(2) clams;

(3) mussels; and

(4) scallops;

or edible portions thereof, except when the scallop product consists only of the shucked adductor muscle.
