Section 410 IAC 7-24-389 - Storing refuse, recyclables, and returnables

Sec. 389.

(a) Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
