Section 410 IAC 7-24-288 - Warewashing sinks and drainboards; self-draining

Sec. 288.

(a) Sinks and drainboards of warewashing sinks and machines shall be self-draining.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
