Section 410 IAC 7-24-210 - Sponges; use limitation

Sec. 210.

(a) Sponges may not be used in contact with cleaned and sanitized or in-use food-contact surfaces.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
