Section 410 IAC 7-24-147 - Fluid milk and milk products

Sec. 147.

(a) Fluid milk and milk products shall be obtained from sources that comply with Grade A standards as specified in law.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
