Sec. 52.
(a) Bed and breakfast establishments and all parts of property used in connection with their operations shall be kept clean and free of litter.(b) Clean, laundered bed sheets and pillowcases shall be provided on each bed and shall be replaced by clean, freshly laundered sheets and pillowcases after the departure of each guest or lodger and prior to occupancy by the next guest.(c) Clean clothes and linens shall be stored in a clean place and protected from contamination until used.(d) Soiled clothes and linens shall be stored in nonabsorbent containers or washable laundry bags until removed for laundering.(e) Maintenance and cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar equipment shall be maintained and stored in a way that does not contaminate food, utensils, equipment, or linens and shall be stored in an orderly manner for the cleaning of that storage location.(f) Live animals, including birds and turtles, shall be excluded from within the food service, preparation, and food storage areas. This exclusion does not apply to edible fish, crustacea, shellfish, or to fish in aquariums.
