Section 410 IAC 6-8.3-39 - "Segment drain" defined

Sec. 39.

"Segment drain" means a subsurface drainage system constructed between two (2) soil absorption fields in the same on-site sewage system for the purpose of intercepting and diverting subsurface water away from the downslope soil absorption field.
