Section 410 IAC 6-7.2-15 - Construction permit requirement

Sec. 15.

Any person planning the construction, addition to, or significant change in the construction of any youth camp shall, at least ninety (90) days prior to the initiation of any such construction, submit plans, drawn to scale, for review and approval by the department. These plans must be certified by a registered engineer or architect licensed to practice in Indiana.
