Sec. 17.
(a) Toilet facilities shall be located pursuant to IC 8-9-10-1.(b) No person shall: (5) otherwise dispose; into any of the surface waters or ground waters of this state, or cause, permit, or suffer to be thrown, run, drained, allowed to seep, or otherwise disposed into such waters, any organic or inorganic matter that would cause or contribute to a health hazard or water pollution.(c) All sewage or excreta generated, including gray water, shall be disposed of: (1) via a public sewer; or(2) by a wastewater management business licensed under IC 13-18-12.(d) Sewage and excreta holding tanks must be pumped before the accumulated waste exceeds ninety percent (90%) of the tank's liquid holding capacity.
