Section 410 IAC 6-10.1-6 - "Cluster system" defined

Sec. 6.

"Cluster system" means an on-site sewage system designed to serve two (2) or more sewage-generating dwellings or facilities with multiple owners. Typically, the term includes a comprehensive, sequential land-use planning component and private ownership.
