Section 410 IAC 5.2-5-2 - Reasonable care

Sec. 2.

An individual issued a license or permit under this article shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in the care and treatment of patients based upon generally accepted scientific principles, methods, treatments, and current professional theory and practice.
