Sec. 4.
(a) A person who fails to comply with a revocation or suspension is not eligible for a license.(b) When a person's radiology license or permit has been revoked, the department may, no sooner than two (2) years after the date of revocation, entertain an application for removal of the revocation and issuance of a license or permit.
