Section 410 IAC 5.2-3-5 - Right of entry

Sec. 5.

The department and its agents may enter at all reasonable times any private or public property, upon presentation of appropriate credentials, to inspect a radiation machine, inspect records pertaining to a license or permit issued by the department, or to ensure compliance with this article.
