Section 410 IAC 5-6.1-95 - "Special purpose x-ray system" defined

Sec. 95.

As used in this rule, "special purpose x-ray system" means a diagnostic x-ray system designed for use on specific body regions, for example, extremities, head or neck, thoracic, abdominal, or for specialized applications, for example, pantomographic, tomographic, or cystographic systems. Specifically excluded from this definition are intraoral dental and mammographic x-ray equipment.
