Section 410 IAC 5-5-9 - Quarterly inventory of sealed sources for gamma radiography

Sec. 9.

Each licensee shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all sealed sources received or possessed by him. The records of the inventories shall be maintained for 2 years from the date of the inventory for inspection by the board and shall include the quantities and kinds of radioactive material, the location of sealed sources, and the date of the inventory.
