Section 410 IAC 5-4-25 - Vacating premises; decontamination

Sec. 25.

Each specific licensee or registrant shall, no less than 30 days before vacating or relinquishing possession or control of premises which may have been contaminated with radioactive material as a result of his activities, notify the board in writing of intent to vacate. When deemed necessary by the board, the licensee or registrant shall decontaminate the premises in such a manner as the board may specify.
