Section 410 IAC 5-4-20 - Incineration

Sec. 20.

No licensee shall incinerate radioactive material for the purpose of disposal or preparation for disposal except as specifically approved by the board pursuant to 410 IAC 5-4-7 and 410 IAC 5-4-17.
