Section 410 IAC 5-1-8 - Violations

Sec. 8.

Any person who willfully violates any provision of 410 IAC 5 or order issued thereunder will be subject to controls in IC 13-1-2-20[IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L. 1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.] and IC 13-1-2-21[IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L. 1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.].
