Sec. 8.
"Immediately available at all times" means in the building where the perinatal care is provided, in a building that is physically connected to the building where the perinatal care is provided, or in a building adjacent to the building where the perinatal care is provided, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
