Section 410 IAC 39-1-19 - "Physically present at all times" defined

Sec. 19.

"Physically present at all times" means onsite in the building where the perinatal care is provided or in a building that is physically connected to the building where the perinatal care is provided, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
