Section 410 IAC 38-2-5 - "Chemicals used in the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance" defined

Sec. 5.

"Chemicals used in the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance" means all substances used in or resulting from the illegal manufacture of controlled substances and includes the following:

(1) Controlled substances as defined in IC 35-48-1-9.
(2) Immediate precursors as defined in IC 35-48-1-17.
(3) Chemical reagents and precursors as defined in IC 35-48-4-14.5.
(4) Wastes produced from:
(A) the illegal manufacture of a controlled substance; or
(B) an immediate precursor of a controlled substance.
