Section 410 IAC 3.6-5-5 - Administrative reviews

Sec. 5.

The department shall provide administrative review to the extent required by IC 4-21.5, except that administrative review will not be provided for certain department actions as indicated in 7 CFR 246.18(a)(1)(iii).
