Section 410 IAC 3.6-4-2 - Six-year disqualifications

Sec. 2.

The department shall disqualify a WIC vendor for six (6) years for one (1) incidence of either of the following:

(1) Buying or selling food instruments for cash (trafficking).

(2) Selling:

(A) firearms;

(B) ammunition;

(C) explosives; or

(D) controlled substances, as defined in 21 U.S.C. 802;

in exchange for food instruments.
