Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-14 - "Proxy" defined

Sec. 14.

"Proxy" means any person designated by a:

(1) woman participant; or

(2) parent or caretaker of an infant or child participant;

to obtain and transact food instruments or to obtain supplemental foods on behalf of a participant.
