Sec. 1.
(a) The data required to be provided to the registry by health care facilities shall be reported to the registry according to the following schedule: | Patients Admitted | Report Due Date |
| January 1-March 31 | June 30 |
| April 1-June 30 | September 30 |
| July 1-September 30 | January 15 |
| October 1-December 31 | May 1 |
