Section 410 IAC 32-1-64 - "Recognized laboratory" defined

Sec. 64.

"Recognized laboratory" means an environmental laboratory recognized by the U.S. EPA according to TSCA Section 405(b), 15 U.S.C. 2685(b) * as being capable of performing an analysis for lead compounds in paint, soil, and dust.
