Section 410 IAC 32-1-48 - "Lead-contaminated dust" defined

Sec. 48.

"Lead-contaminated dust" means surface dust in residential dwellings or child-occupied facilities that contain an area or mass concentration of lead at, or in excess of, levels identified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, 40 CFR Part 745 *, effective March 8, 2021.
