Section 410 IAC 32-1-3 - "Adequate quality control" defined

Sec. 3.

"Adequate quality control" means a plan or design that ensures the authenticity, integrity, and accuracy of samples, including dust, soil, and paint chip or paint film samples. The term also includes provisions for representative sampling.
