Section 410 IAC 3.2-1-16 - "Family" defined

Sec. 16.

"Family" means a group of two (2) or more persons living together as one (1) economic unit. Two (2) separate households or economic units may reside under one (1) roof; however, each household must be economically independent of one another and must have its own source of income that is adequate to support itself without support from the other family.
