Sec. 12.
"Durable equipment and supplies" means assistive appliances, including, but not limited to, the following:
(4) Wheelchairs and related adaptive devices.(5) Special supplies that are medically necessary to accomplish rehabilitation goals. Durable equipment and supplies do not include fixed architectural modifications of a dwelling or property related thereto or mechanical lifts needed to provide the child access to a dwelling or automobile.
