Section 410 IAC 3-3-10 - Equipment and supplies for newborn hearing screening

Sec. 10.

(a) All materials and supplies required to perform newborn hearing screening are the responsibility of the screening facility.
(b) Each screening facility shall calibrate the screening equipment annually or according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Each screening facility shall provide a copy of the manufacturer's guidelines to the department upon request.
(c) Educational materials, including a hearing screening certificate, shall be provided to the newborn or infant's parent by the screening facility.
