Section 410 IAC 29-4-3 - Failure to remediate

Sec. 3.

If a property owner fails to remediate all lead hazards identified in the risk assessment report, the local health officer shall refer all case documentation to the appropriate legal staff in the jurisdiction of the local health department to pursue legal action.
